Summer Dining Services
A wide variety of foods is offered on the Medford/Somerville campus. The Dewick-MacPhie Dining Center is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Monday through Saturday, and brunch and dinner on Sunday and is where you can use your meal plan. The marketplace-style servery offers a wide variety of dishes that can satisfy most appetites and dietary needs. You can use your meal plan and select from an abundant salad bar, homemade soup, freshly prepared hot entrees, sides, vegetarian fare, sandwiches, and pizza. It also offers fresh fruit, an assortment of beverages, and desserts made in Tufts' own Bake Shop.
The Mayer Campus Center complex is the home of two distinct service locations. Hotung Cafe, open at breakfast, serves Starbucks® coffee, breakfast items, and grab-and-go lunch, fresh fruit, and snacks. Commons Marketplace has a self-serve salad bar, hot panini and a grill with freshly prepared chicken, burgers and fries.
The Kindlevan Cafe, located in heart of the Science & Engineering Complex (SEC), is the place to go for a caffeine fix, smoothie, or full meal. This bistro-like eatery features international roasted coffees and teas, espresso, iced drinks, and bottled beverages, grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and protein packs, panini, fresh soup of the day, as well as pastry and desserts.
Tower Cafe at Tisch Library offers freshly brewed coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, and sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
