Parking

Day or evening parking is available near classrooms, the gymnasium, and the theater. Students should register for parking permits through the Office of Public Safety at 419 Boston Avenue. The cost is $55. Daily parking is also available in the Dowling Hall Garage with the day rate of $8. Visit the Public Safety web site for details.

Parking at Tufts

Public Transportation

Tufts’ Medford / Somerville campus is easily accessible by the MBTA subway and bus system. The Davis Square/Tufts University stop on the Red Line is a short walk away. Also, many bus routes connect Tufts directly to locations such as Medford, Somerville, Arlington, Cambridge, Harvard Square, and Lechmere. Commuter train connections are at Porter Square, South Station, West Medford, and North Station.

Parking

The Boston - Health Sciences Campus is located in Boston's Chinatown neighborhood off of the 93 expressway, check Google maps for the best way to get here from your location. Driving and parking in Boston can be a challenge, so please be mindful of where you park to avoid tickets or towing.

Public Transportation

The Boston – Health Sciences Campus is conveniently located next to many public transportation options. The Tufts Medical Center stop on the Orange line is the closest stop, but we are easily accessible via the Red and Green lines too.

There are metered spaces along Fenway, Museum Road, and Louis Prang Road. There are also paid lots next ot the MFA and off Museum Road.
